Nova Superia is a nation of super powered beings called meta humans. Meta humans are people who have special powers that were afraid of prosecution from normal humans. After several years of segregation and stereotypes, the meta humans had had enough. They attacked the White House and created Nova Superia to get independence.
For about a year there has been a war between Nova Superia and the United Empire. During this year, the Afriel Strain was created and it was made a law that all meta humans must take the vaccine so that their powers were taken away. The once 40% of the population that were meta humans are now 29%, who are officially fugitives now for not getting the vaccine.
Unfortunately when this vaccine was made it was tested on many subject. Most tests were fatal and all the subjects came from the New Millennium Group Home....
